First: Introduction

If a motorcycle was invented not long age, it may be rejected because of security issues. All official institutions in the world may use its complexity and danger as a reason for their refusal. Fortunately, motorcycles have long been available and have fascinating technology and crazy power.

Theory and practice are often not the same thing. This is particularly prominent in motorcycle driving. Nothing can be more complicated than driving a motor-driven single-cylinder, so the editors here will not only bring theory, but more practical experience. Including: vision-oriented, cornering, dangerous situations, etc. In short, there are various experiences shared by us from thousands of knights driving different types of motorcycles.

Point1: Before driving: fitness and diet

Anyone who has not been riding for a long time, and does not have full physical exercise, goes to the long distance with his own riders. Then he will immediately encounter the challenge of riding fatigue. If you eat a large piece of fat pork ribs and large French fries at noon, who can have a good physical condition in the later driving? Blood will flow to your stomach after a big meal, and people will feel more tired. This may be the situation that we all have experienced. In fact, simple pasta with salad is good, maybe with a non-alcoholic beer, so you can avoid fat and sugar as much as possible. Frequent breaks in long-distance cycling are great, and of course, plenty of water is also significant to help avoid headaches caused by long rides. In your backpack, you must have one or two bottles of half-liter mineral water.

Physical exercise before riding is very important, and exercise can help the knights to better control the motorcycle, from bending to the most basic inspection tires. Sports physicians often compare motorcycle riding with swimming or jogging. If the knights have exercised properly and are fully rested before the riding, they will be more concentrated during the riding and have a quicker response in an emergency. Psychological exercise under professional guidance is also very helpful. It will not only help in an emergency, but also help the knights relax when riding on wet roads. Of course, the most significant thing is to help the knights get more fun and joy from riding.

Point2: Before driving: Choosing the right protective gear

Motorcycle riding equipment not only has the effect of rainproof and cold protection, it also reduces the damage of the crash to the knight. The most crucial equipment is the helmet that protects the head. Helmets must comply with the latest ECE standards and be E-Mark certified. When the helmet is tried on, you must confirm that the helmet will not be too loose after wearing it, but there will be no pressure after at least ten minutes.  then it would be much better if the merchant is allowed to wear a helmet for a short distance ride.

The correct position of the helmet :it won't be too big. If it is too big, the helmet will fall, which will block your sight.

If your helmet is too big leads to tilt,  which will cause your helmet to loosen and fall off when you crash.

In terms of helmet type selection, whether it is a half helmet or a full helmet depends on your usage and personal preference. Half-helmet users can get a larger view of the full-helmet, but also lose protection for the face and jaw. If you have unfortunately experienced a crash, even a new helmet should be replaced, because not all damage can be seen from the outside. In addition, the helmet should be replaced after two or three years because the liner will become loose and the casing material will age.

Similarly, whether you choose a fabric jersey or a leather one-piece jersey depends on your usage and personal preference. Leather jerseys are usually chosen on the track. Road riders choose fabric jerseys with windproof and rainproof, and they are best equipped with detachable or extra rain protection during the summer season. However, regardless of the material of the Jersey, it must be equipped with non-slip CE protective gear in all areas where the crash may cause injury. Underneath the jersey, you should wear functional underwear that helps the knight maintain the best sense of body. The back should be integrated into the jersey, or directly carried like a back shell and connected to the belt. of course, this back must also be CE certified. In addition to this, you must also pay attention to the length of the Jersey.

If you are riding long distances, you should also wear earplugs to protect your hearing, which you can buy at a regular pharmacy.

In addition, there is a wireless connected airbag protection system that provides extra protection to the neck, back and chest. Finally, riding shoes/boots, they must be able to protect and fit your feet and legs so that you can operate the clutch lever and brakes comfortably and safely.
